Schnucks is a "Green" Grocer
Schnucks showed their support for PARC's Enabling Garden by donating materials to the February 29, 2008 "Spider Plants" class presented by Peoria County Master Gardener Sheri Schorr. The grocer donated small paper cups for pots, trays for drainage collectors, and a large bucket for mixing potting soil.
Five Peoria County Master Gardener volunteers, PARC staff, and 32 PARC participants attended the class. Participation included planting their own spider plant to grow and nurture.
