Transitional Employment Services (TES) utilizes real work that comes with real pay to help individuals with disabilities to develop the skills needed to seek community employment. The experienced staff in TES encourage individuals to achieve their fullest potential. The supports received in TES focuses on improving work habits and skills such as work speed, work quality, attitude, motivation, attendance, hygiene, proper work interactions, workplace safety, and learning specific job tasks.
