Group Homes
Opening doors to new opportunities!
PARC supports individuals with a wide range of abilities and interests in a group home setting. We have 22 group homes in Peoria and Tazewell counties. We offer anywhere from a 4 bed to an eight bed group home.
All individuals must be screened by Central Illinois Service Access (CISA) for placement and funding eligibility.
Each group home offers individuals:
- 24-hour support to maximize each individual’s level of independence.
- A stand alone case management model that allows QMRP (Qualified Mental Health Professionals) to better focus on coordinating services and supports for each individual served.
• Increased staffing pattern to meet individuals needs (when funding is secured).
• Community opportunities (grocery shopping, banking, sporting events, dining out, and many other venues in the community).
• All Parc group homes are licensed and monitored by IDHS (Illinois Department of Human services) for CILA sites andIDPH (Illinois Department of Public Health) for our ICF sites.
