Shop, Save AND Give at Bergner's Community Days
PARC is once again participating in Bergner’s Community Days March 1, 2008 fund-raising event. Bergner’s Community Day is a fundraising event held in spring and fall for all 501(c)3 not-for-profit and school organizations. The event is designed to provide local not-for-profit organizations with a fun way to raise money. The spring Community Day event is scheduled for Saturday, March 1, 2008.
We invite you to be a part of this fundraising opportunity by purchasing a Bergner's Community Day Booklet from PARC for $5.00. PARC retains 100% of the booklet selling price! Each booklet contains a $10 coupon good on almost any merchandise item for $10 or more, eight 20% off coupons and offers two great bonus items. The coupons are good on Bergner's Community Day, Saturday, March 1, 2008.
PARC will be selling the Coupon Booklets on the following in-store selling dates: Saturday, February 2, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Wednesday, February 6, 2008 from 10 a.m. to Noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, February 16, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, February 23, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, February 24, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday, February 26, 2008 from 4 – 6 p.m.; Wednesday, February 27, 2008 from 10 a.m. to Noon; and Friday, February 29, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..

We need volunteers to help sell the Bergner's Community Day coupon booklets. If you are interested in volunteer for one of the in-store selling dates or you would like to sell the booklets to friends, family, and co-workers, please contact Sibylle LaHood at (309) 689-3608.
In addition to the proceeds we receive through sales of the booklets, PARC has the opportunity to receive matching funds check from Bergner's if our sales fall in the top 25% of qualifying agencies. We will then be invited to return to Bergner’s Grand Prairie on Saturday, March 1, 2008 to sell additional booklets day of the Community Day promotion.
