Plan


To help you reach you goals, PARC Youth Employment Services uses an Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) written in conjunction with a Department of Rehabilitation Serviced (DRS) counselor. Your IPE will have the supports necessary for you to be successful such as:


Participating in pre-interview activities
Participating in job training
Learning interview techniques
Job coaching supports
