UNION POSITIONS OPEN 

 

Program Instructor:  1st Shift, $8.25/hour 

Qualifications:  Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.  

Requirements: Must be able to perform CPR/First Aid, lift up to 50 lbs., have a high
school diploma or equivalent, complete and maintain DSP certification,
and be able to pass a Health Care Workers Background Check. 

 

Organizational Employment Services - Crew Chief: 1st shift, $8.25/hour

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing, packaging, and/or
warehouse experience required. Fork lift certification or the ability to obtain certification required. Ability to read and understand job sheets and logs that contain technical information. Must possess a valid
driver’s license and personal liability insurance.


COMMUNITY LIVING SERVICES- Direct Support Person (DPS): 2nd shift $8.25/hour + .65 shift differential; 3rd shift, $8.25/hour + $1.65 shift differential

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age; possess a valid driver's license, personal liability insurance and access to an automobile.

Requirements:  Must be able to perform CPR/First Aid, lift up to 50 lbs., have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete and maintain DSP certification, and be able to pass a Health Care Workers Background Check.  Previous experience working with developmentally disabled persons preferred.

 


NON-UNION POSITIONS OPEN


HOST FAMILY – INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Qualifications: Host Family persons needed to provide homes for developmentally disabled adults. Must be able to perform CPR/First Aid, lift up to 50 lbs., have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a Health Care Workers Background check. Valid Illinois driver’s license, insurance and reliable car required. Must be DSP and Med Tech certified.

 

COMMUNITY LIVING SERVICES - QSP

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Service field or other approved field of study, minimum of 1 year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, valid driver's license and personal liability insurance.  Current placement on the DHS/QMRP registry is preferred.
