EP!C’s Employment Services helps individuals reach their employment dreams while providing the community with a workforce that is dedicated to making a valuable contribution. Organizational Employment Services (OES) offers paid vocational training within EP!C’s 22,000 square foot production facility. The people EP!C serves are empowered to try new jobs and given the support needed to increase their productivity, as well as improve their work habits and skills. OES provides paid work opportunities to over 90 individuals daily. Some of the tasks people are trained on include: packaging, assembly, clerical, bulk mailing, labeling, and heat sealing. Additionally, individuals are offered the opportunity to train and work in a variety of EP!C Business Services areas including: the PARCGrown Greenhouse and Garden, Vending Operations, Food Service, Document Destruction, Janitorial, and Delivery Services.
Individuals who desire to work in the community are assessed, coached in seeking the right job, and then receive the extra support required to maintain employment from EP!C’s highly trained and experienced Community Employment Services staff. If you are an individual with a disability, an advocate, an employer or a business interested in outsourcing some work, please contact the experts at EP!C.
“I can’t say enough for the wonderful people at EP!C! I have a disabled daughter and we tried and tried to locate her employment on our own, but we were unsuccessful. With the help of EP!C, they have found a job for my daughter that she just loves. EP!C does a good job talking with potential employers and explaining the services they offer. I will always be grateful for their services.”
